Kitchener, Baden, and Waterloo walking their clients thru the buying process and the interior/exterior selection process. Seeking to acquire more knowledge in the real estate market Janice went further to become a Licensed Real Estate Representative in 2007.

Now as a Broker Janice can complete the circle with the marketing of the clients’ current home for sale while completing the build buying process. Thus the builder is confident that their client is well

represented to ensure a smooth transition.
